Terms and Conditions – Lift Pass Purchase Online
Prices shown are those issued by the ‘Portes du Soleil’ www.portesdusoleil.com and are the same as at any ‘kiosk’ in reosrt
The ticket price is dependant on the duration, age of purchaser and start date
All prices are in EUROS
€3 charged for each pass is the cost of the ‘hands free pass’. This is a mandatory requirement. If you have an old ‘hands free pass’ the €3 will be refunded to you in resort when you handover your old card.
2) Conditions for use of Passes
All passes are for personal use only; they are non-transferable and non-negotiable
The period of validity of the pass is indicated on the front of the pass
In the event that the pass is lost or stolen please report this to the resort representative.
A lost lift pass will not be relaced or reimbursed.
Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.
All found passes are held at the main lift office.
Partial interruptions in the running of the lifts due to weather or maintenance will not give right to compensation.
Only a total closure of all lifts in the Portes du Soleil for one or several full days could possibly lead to some refund.
Orders must be placed 3 days before the first day of validity of the ski pass(es).

Your order will be acknowledged by email. This will confirm the following points:
*Date of Order
*Customers, name, address, phone, email and address in resort
*Details of the order
Your account will be debited on receipt of the order.
Refusal of debit authorisation to debit the purchaser’s account will constitue a cancellation of the order
The passes will be in your holiday apartment or at our office in Morzine – 575c Rte de la Plagne to collect.
